　　11. Swiss cheese is a little bit hard, and has holes in it.

　　12. Also Swiss cheese is the kind of cheese you always see in cartoons, that themouse....

　　No.4 Mozarella cheese 马苏里拉芝士 (it's white 是白色的)

　　13. Often just like a piece, just cut it with the knife. 切成薄薄的片。

　　14. Or you can put it on a cracker. 或者放在饼干上也行。

　　15. We often eat Cheddar with crackers, maybe apples. 我们通常会车打芝士配饼干，或是苹果。

　　No. 5 Parmesan cheese 帕莫森芝士(粉)

　　No. 6 Easy cheese 罐装芝士

　　17. Well, you're supposed to like put it on a cracker or something. Or put it in asandwich? But some people just put it in their mouths.
