这是一句激励人的话语，其中the right moment是指“适当的时机”，the right man是指“英明的人，合适的人“。谚语里总是用he或those作主语，后接定语从句来形容某种人会怎样。He who seizes the right moment is the right man这句话的表面意思是说，能抓住机遇的人才是英明的人，言外之意即，谁能把握机遇就能心想事成。
