（1）Making an Appointment预约

A：I’d like to make an appointment to see Dr. Smith.
我想跟史密斯医生约个时间。

B：Is it an emergency?
是急诊吗？

A：Yes, I have a terrible stomachache.
是的，我胃疼得厉害。

B：In that case, how about this afternoon at 3:00?

A：Fine. My name is Cindy Jones.

B：Have you been here before?

A：No. I haven’t.

B：Who referred you to us?
