Mike: You’ve been a sales manager for three years. How do you like the job?

李涛：是的，我很喜欢
Li Tao: I like it very much.

迈克：能问一下你对自己的薪水满意吗？
Mike: If I may ask, are you happy with your salary?

李涛：我不介意谈论薪水问题。我的月薪税后是3000元人民币。
Li Tao: No, I don’t mind at all. I receive 3,000 RMB a month, after tax.

迈克：公司有没有资金制度或者其他奖励计划
Mike: Is there a bonus system or any other incentive plan in place?

李涛：没有。老板总是口头承诺，但却不兑现。
Li Tao: I’m afraid there isn’t. My boss only pays lip service.

迈克：这次你的期望薪金是多少呢？
Mike: What is your salary expectation for this position?

李涛：我期望税后可以拿到3800到4500人民币。
Li Tao: My expectation is in the 3800 to 4500 RMB range. That’s the take-home pay.
