A: The  sweater  is  ruined .

乙：我们可以退还洗衣费。您还可以买件新毛衣，把发票给我们。
B: We  can  refund  the  cost  of  the  laundry . You  many  buy  a new  sweater  and  give  us  the  receipt .

甲：您是说只要我喜欢，买什么样的都可以吗？
A: You  mean  I can  buy  any  sweater  I like .

乙：你可以再买件相同的衣服，我们偿还费用。
B: You  many  buy  a replacement  in  price . We'll  refund  the  cost  to  you .

甲：那好，我知道了。我明天再过来。
A: Well , I see . I'll  be  back  tomorrow .

乙：对不起，给您带来了不方便。
B: Sorry  for  the  inconvenience .

(王先生和太太正在为今天晚会准备衣着。)

Mr .Wang : What  do  I wear  for  the  evening's  party ?

王太太：那套黑色西服不是你最喜欢的吗？
Mrs .Wang : The  black  suit  is  your  favorite , isn't  it ?

王先生：可是，上次裤子上弄上油了。现在洗已经来不及了。
Mr .Wang : But  I spilled  some  oil  on  the  pants  last  time . It  won't  be  ready  if  washed  now .

王太太：你可以送干洗店，就在街那边有一家很可靠的干洗店。他们有一项特殊的加急服务。两个小时后就能洗好。
Mrs .Wang : You  can  send  it  out  to  the  dry  cleaner's . There  is  a very  reliable  one  just  down  the  street . They  have  a special  express  service . You  can  take  it  back  two  hours  later .

王先生：加急费怎么收？
Mr .Wang : What's  the  rate  for  express  service ?

王太太：加收50%
Mrs .Wang : They  charge  50% more  for  express .

王先生：我现在就去干洗店，你有什么要洗的吗？
Mr .Wang : I am  going  to  the  dry  cleaner's  right  away . Do  you  have  anything  to  be  dry  cleaned ?

王太太：我的丝绸衫也要干洗，水洗会褪色的。
Mrs .Wang : My  silk  shirt  needs  dry  cleaning , too . The  color  will  run  in  the  wash.
