丹尼尔：你能给我说说夜市的特色吗？它和普通的市场有很大的区别吗？
Daniel: Can you tell me about the special characteristics of the night fair？ Is that very different from other ordinary fairs?

阿美：当然可以啊。你只能在晚上才能看到夜市。它通常是在下午6点钟开始，持续5到6个小时。夜市上有各种各样的小摊子。
May: Of course. You can only see the night fairs at night; it often opens at 6:00 p.m. and it lasts for 5 or 6 hours. There are various vendor stands here.

丹尼尔：那他们卖什么呢？
Daniel: What do they sell there?

阿美：衣服、鞋子和小吃。你能在那里找到你想要的任何东西。
May: Clothes, shoes, snacks and so on. You can find just about whatever you want.

丹尼尔：还有其他可以介绍的吗？
Daniel: Anything else?

阿美：那里还卖一些非常不错的工艺品，比如说木雕、贝壳饰品和剪纸。
May: There are also some fine art crafts, including wood carving, shell ornaments and paper-cut.

丹尼尔：噢，看，那边有好多人啊。他们在干什么呢?
Daniel: Oh, look, there are so many people over there. What are they doing?

阿美：让我看看。他们在看舞狮。
May: Let me see. They are watching the performance of the lion dance.

丹尼尔：舞狮？听起来不错，我想去看看。
Daniel: Lion dance? I want to have a look. It sounds wonderful.

阿美：好的，走吧。
May: OK. Let’s go.

丹尼尔：那些舞狮的人肯定做了很多练习。他们移动的太灵活了。
Daniel: The dancers must have exercised a lot. They move so flexibly.

阿美：是的，但是时间有限，我们该走了。你可以下次再看表演。
May: Yes, but we should go now, since the time is limited. You can see the performance next time.

丹尼尔：好的，你想在这儿买点什么东西吗？
Daniel: OK. Do you want to buy something here?

阿美：想啊，我想买一些发夹。
May: Yes, I want to buy some hair clips.
丹尼尔：好吧，我们去小饰品店看看。
Daniel: OK, let’s hit the trinkets stand.
