e.g. His grade is off the charts. Nobody’s ever scored that high on that test.

someone’s going nuts  意思是激动的受不了，既可以指高兴的，也可以指悲伤的（曾经学过的nuts有关的短语：be nuts about = be crazy about 为什么而狂热）

e.g. The audience is going nuts. Their team just won the game.

              球迷激动不已，他们的球队赢了！

      My husband is going nuts because I spent $500 on a pair of shoes today.
