Reporter: Excuse me, sir, do you have a minute?

嗯，我正要出门转转呢，但是我想我还是有点时间。
Lo: Well, I was just about to go out and tour around but I guess I have a minute.

Reporter: Excellent. I’m a reporter for the local newspaper and we’re doing a piece on hotel quality in the area. How has your stay been here so far?

Lo: Well, it’s been alright. I slept pretty well. I just feel like there are some details missing in the service here.

Reporter: Can you elaborate, please?

Lo: Well, my room had a coffee maker but there was no coffee to make with it. Also, my room had a mini bar with great drinks and snacks in it, but today I found out how expensive they all were. Five dollars for a bottle of water!

Reporter: Oh, I see.

更糟糕的是，房间里没有免费赠送的洗发香波，也没有浴衣和拖鞋。所谓的“欧式早餐”，只是些不新鲜的谷类食品、不新鲜的奶和热橙汁。
Lo: What’s worse is, there was no complimentary shampoo, no bathrobe, no slippers. And, the so-called “continental breakfast” consisted of state cereal, sour milk, and warm orange juice.

宾馆的舒适程度怎么样？
Reporter: What about the quality of comfort in the hotel room?

挺好的。床非常舒服，床垫又好又软。但是，没有闹钟。窗外就是大马路。景色确实不好。我想每间屋子都应该有一个阳台，这样我就可以有地方呼吸新鲜空气了。没有阳台，屋子太不通风。
Lo: It wasn’t bad. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice, soft mattress. But, there was no alarm clock, and the view outside the window was of the highway. Definitely not very scenic. I think they should put balconies of each room so we have a place to enjoy some fresh air. Without them rooms are too stuffy.
