记者继续访问罗。
The reporter continues her interview with Lo.

记者:现在这家宾馆的服务质量怎么样?你觉得服务员友好,并且对您有帮助吗?
Reporter: Now, what about the quality of service at this hotel?Did you find the staff friendly and helpful?

罗:是的,这的服务质量很好。我跟这的很多雇员都交谈过,我发现他们都十分好,并且十分热心的帮助我。
Lo: Yes, the quality of service here is excellent. I’ve wpoken with many employees here and I found them all very nice and willing to help.

记者:您能举几个例子吗?
Reporter: Could you give some examples?

罗:当然!登记处的招待员十分友好,并且让我有宾至如归的感觉。她帮我安排了一个旅馆服务生把我又大又沉的手提箱搬到了我的房间里。
Lo: Sure! The receptionist at the check-in desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome here. She helped arrange a bellhop to bring my big heavy suitcase up to my room.

记者:投诉服务怎么样?您对您的房间有过其他的要求吗?
Reporter: What about the service reponse to complaints? Did you ever have any extra requests or problems with your room?

罗:实际上有的。我的电视遥控器不好用了,我还忘了带牙刷了。前台对我的要求马上作出回应,并且立即派人来我的房间,给我留下了很深的印象。
Lo: Yes, actually. My television remote wouldn’t work and I forgot a tooth-brush. The front desk was very responsive to my requests and sent people up to my room in no time at all. I was very impressed.

记者:这的服务台怎么样?您曾经享受过他们的服务吗?
Reporter: What about the concierge here? Did you take advantage of their services ever?

罗:是的。昨天晚上,我跟服务台的人聊了一会儿。她向我推荐了一家坐车一会就到的很不错的餐馆。她还向我推荐了几个旅游景点,我打算今天就去。事实上,我想现在就出发,这样我就可以避开人群了!
Lo: Yes. Last night I spoke with the concierge and she recommended a fantastic restaurant that was a short cab ride away. Also, she recommended some tourist sites to me that I plan on visiting today! In fact, I’d like to get going so I can beat the crowds!

记者:我明白了……先生。
Reporter: Understandable, Mr…

罗:王,王罗。
Lo: Wang. Lo Wang.

记者:我能这样署上您的名字吗?
Reporter: Can I quote you on that?

罗:噢,当然可以。
Lo: Oh yes, you certainly can.
