Asking for information 咨询信息

(王先生准备度假一周。他正在旅行社咨询信息。)
(Mr.Wang is going to take a one-week holiday. He is asking for information at the travel agency.)

(A=Agent, W=Mr.Wang)

代理人：您好。我能为您服务吗？
A: Hello. Can I help you?

王先生：我想去欧洲旅行。
W: I want to take a trip to Europe.

代理人：哦，欧洲是个非常美丽的地方。您打算什么时候去？
A: Oh, Europe is a very beautiful place to visit. When do you plan to go?

王先生：我想12月份去。
W: I'd like to go in December.

代理人：那时候因为圣诞节已经没有航班和客房了。
A: I'm afraid there will be no flight of room available at that time because of Christmas.

王先生：8月份呢？
W: How about in August?

代理人：可以。8月份是去欧洲的好时候。您想在那呆多久？
A: That will be nice. It's the good season to visit Europe. How long will you stay there?

王先生：大约一周吧。
W: About a week.

代理人：多少人？
A: How many people?

王先生：就两个，我和我妻子。
W: Only two, my wife and I.

代理人：您想参加旅行团，还是自己去？
A: Are you going to take a tour or go by yourselves?

王先生：您的意见呢？
W: What do you recommend?

代理人：这要看情况了。参加旅行团意味着您不用担心许多事，比如吃饭，住宿，还有您去的地方。这些都已经安排好了。如果你们自己去，则会有更大的自由去想去的地方。
A: It depends. To take a tour means you don't have to worry about a lot of things, for example eating, living and where to go. They are all well arranged. But if you go there by yourselves, you'll have more freedom to go where you want.

王先生：我们想自己去。
W: We'd like to go by ourselves.

代理人：好的。我们可以给你们安排好一切。
A: OK. We can arrange everything for you.

王先生：谢谢。我想考虑一下。有宣传册吗？
W: Thank you. I'll think about it. Do you have any brochures?

代理人：柜台那儿有很多。请便。
A: Yes, there's a bunch of them on the counter. Help yourself.
