[00:31.22]Alice: I know. Well. I hope I\'ll get a promotion at work,

[00:37.17]but that\'s not a resolution. I am going to work harder.How about you?

[00:43.62]Henry:Hmm,I quit smoking last June.That was last year\'s promise to myself.

[00:55.61]Henry: I want to start getting more exercise.
